I provide psychotherapy and counselling services to adults facing various personal challenges. My own life experiences have shown me the transformative power of human connections and personal growth. It is my passion for building personal connections and supporting others on their paths to growth that led me to become a psychotherapist. I believe every individual has the potential to achieve a fulfilling and meaningful life. My ultimate goal is to create a healing and empowering therapeutic environment in which strong therapeutic bonds are created to nurture personal growth and well-being.

 

I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients. Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, my personal experience is an additional asset to my professional expertise.

 

I hold a Master's Degree in Counselling and Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a Qualifying Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
